It's been 90 hours and none of my registration has been released, they don't give any kind of response because they don't release the account, we have an application stopped without being able to publish.

I developed an app for my e-commerce store and tried to publish it through apple developer account but it's showing that I'm not eligible for apple developer account now. Tried to contact apple support and they redirected me to post a thread here. Does anyone know why this is happening?

According to Apple's policy guidelines, if my mobile app includes a feature for creating user accounts, I must also provide an option for users to delete their accounts. However, in my app, account creation grants access to other enterprise accounts. We noticed that Apple Login fails if we try to login with Managed Apple ID on iOS 17.2 & 17.3 This issue could have been introduced in iOS 17 but we did not have iOS 17.0 or 17.1 to validate this. There are few prerequisites to this: Should be a supervised device. It can be enrolled in ABM or ASM. Apple ID should be Managed Apple ID Device should have a passcode policy Device should have “allowListedAppBundleIDs” added in the “com.apple.applicationaccess” payload If either of the above conditions are not met, then the issue does not happen. If the device is set up in the above way and we try to login with Managed Apple ID, then the login fails. Hi there, I currently hold an Apple Developer account that has two teams associated with it. One is my personal team, for which I pay for the Apple Developer Program. The other is a corporate account for which I am working. Despite seeing both teams in the Apple Developer (web) portal, I am only able to see one of them in the Xcode account settings page. I have reached out to Apple Developer support over the phone, and have been advised to post this issue here to better access support.

My organization currently has an Enterprise account that we've been using for awhile. We now have an app that needs to be released to the public App Store, so need a regular Developer Account. This account should be tied to our organization, not to a specific person (just like our enterprise account). Is there a way to add the developer account to our existing enterprise account? Or does it need to be a new account? And if it's a new account, how do we get it tied to the same organization and manager (we have a person authorized to manage this stuff, but he's already the account holder on our enterprise account).

My account is personal account. After I clicked "Enroll today", it shows "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I did not set family sharing. The account did not show other related accounts neither. Here are the screenshots.

Recently i created an ABM account and seemed to work fine. all of the sudden we cannot log in anymore and we get a notification that this apple ID is deactivated (but it is active). when i want to reset password, deactivate or delete this user in ABM, i get an INTERNAL_ERROR message with no further explination. i can delete and deactivate other users but not this one. The log file is not realy any use since it sais 'SUB_STATUS, COMLETED_WITH_FAILURE". Any idea how i can resolve this?

Is anyone else having the same problems. We been contacting Apple for almost two week, have raised at least 3 or 4 claim tickets to get our issue resolved, but Apple does not/has not responded? Does anyone have recommendation as to what we can do. We are losing money as we cannot open up our App? Thanks, CDL

Hello, I am experiencing a significant issue with my Apple Developer account. I paid the annual fee for the account, but when I log into my account on the web, it does not show that I have made the payment. Instead, it redirects me to the payment page again. Additionally, when I try to log in through the Apple Developer app, I receive an "unable to verify" error in the identity information section. I have been trying to open an account for about 2 months and I paid the fee a long time ago. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What steps can I take to resolve this?
