Hi
Hypothetically, my company has 300 mobile engineers and we're building an iPhone app.
Optimally I'd like each mobile engineer to have a physical device which they can do their day to day development, testing etc on.
What options do I have to enable this given that there is a 100 device limit for iPhones on the Apple Developer Program used by my company. (https://developer.apple.com/help/account/register-devices/devices-overview/)
Thanks

Hello,
I’m encountering a problem while trying to join the Apple Developer Program from Argentina. Each time I submit a payment, I receive a confirmation email stating:
Dear Agustin Oberg,
Thank you for your order. Here's a summary of your order request, which will be processed within 2 business days. We'll notify you when your items are ready.
Order Details:
Apple Developer Program
US$ 99
Best regards,
Apple Developer Relations
However, despite this message, no further actions are taken, and I am still unable to access the program. I’ve tried multiple credit cards and submitted payments on several occasions, but the issue persists.
Is there anyone who has faced a similar problem or can offer advice on how to resolve this? I would appreciate any assistance or guidance to complete my registration successfully.
Thank you!
Sometime since July 2024 the list of devices in our Enterprise Account is showing the same device and UDID 6 times.
Looking at the DATE REGISTERED field it is apparent that each instance of the device represents the 'old' device that should have been 'deleted' when the annual device reset was actioned. The date registered field shows dates with 2019, 2020, 2021, and so till 2024 (most recent).
I have 'disabled' two of the entries to see what happens, and those instances were disabled as expected without impacting the other instances. However, when attempting a re-enable of them, an error throws saying that they cant be enabled because that UDID already exists - obviously the other instances.
For now, I have left 4 active duplicates in place, and the 2 disabled ones as they are, and plan to deal with this again - if it re-occurs in 2025.
It does not seem to have impacted provisioing profiles - so will leave well enough alone. I am sure if I disable all of them, I will not be able to re-enabled any of them.
Is this a know issue? Is this the best strategy? - ie, wait till device reset next year and hope issue is resolved.
This post had similar issue, in 2023, but no response

Hello Apple Developer Community,
I've been struggling to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for several weeks now, and I'm hoping someone here might have faced similar issues or has some advice:
Apple ID Creation: Initially, I couldn't sign up for an Apple ID using my preferred email, so I had to resort to using a Gmail account, which eventually worked.
Payment and Reversal: After managing to create an ID, I proceeded with the payment for the Developer Program. Everything appeared to go through smoothly, but a few days later, the charges were reversed, and my registration status showed as "pending."
Support Challenges: I've contacted Apple Support multiple times. Each attempt involved using different emails and credit cards as suggested, but to no avail. The support team mentioned they couldn't access or provide information on developer enrollments directly, advising to use the developer support email for further help. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from the developer support email address.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Here are my questions:
Has anyone successfully resolved a similar enrollment payment reversal issue?
Are there known workarounds or additional steps I should take before or after payment to ensure enrollment goes through?
Is there a more direct way to get in touch with developer support, perhaps through a different channel?
Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Best Regards,
HorseHookup
Been waiting for Apple Developer ID review since August 1. I've emailed weekly, asking for updates. I've called the Apple Developer support line. I've talked to multiple representatives. The most I can get out of anyone is that "The account application is being reviewed, you just have to wait, there is literally nothing more you can do. Just wait." For months now, that has been the response.
Anyone know how to go about expediting, or what the next realistic step is here? I've been told that the request has been escalated as far up as it can be, but still getting no motion here. I asked if I should have someone else in my company submit the application, and asked if I should cancel my current application, and was told that I should not, as that would 'reset the timer' and I could end up waiting months more.
Really at a loss here as to how to proceed. Anyone else run into this sort of issue, and eventually got a resolution?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks!
Joining the Apple Developer Program has been an absolute nightmare. I submitted my application form days ago, armed with every piece of identification imaginable—driver’s license, passport, you name it—ready to verify my identity. But here I am, still waiting, with zero communication or updates from Apple.
The lack of support is truly baffling. Apple, a company that prides itself on “seamless user experience,” has left developers completely in the dark with a removed phone support option, leaving us with no direct way to reach a real human for help. We’re left floundering through the approval process with no accountability or means to expedite anything. For a company that relies on developers to keep their ecosystem thriving, this level of support (or rather, lack thereof) is insulting.
I honestly don’t know what else Apple expects from us. We’re ready to pay, contribute, and build apps that keep the App Store alive. The least they could do is provide basic customer service. Apple, if you're listening, you need to fix this. Developers deserve respect and timely support, not silence and frustration. This is not what we signed up for, and it’s certainly not what we expected from one of the biggest tech companies in the world.
Hello everyone, our company has an annual fee of $299 for an enterprise developer account, which is about to expire next month, but I submitted the renewal application, but after a month, I received an email that refused to renew the subscription. Is there any remedy for this? This account is very important to our company. Thank you
I recently created an account and attempted to pay the $99 USD fee for the Apple Developer Program. I was informed that it might take up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed. However, it has now been 6 days, and the payment has not been debited from my account, nor has the membership been activated.
I've double-checked my payment method, account details, and any possible notifications but haven't found any issues or updates regarding this delay. I also contacted Apple Support through email a few days ago but have not received any response so far.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem where the payment hasn't been processed after several days? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
Hello Apple Developer Support Community,
I’m reaching out here in hopes of getting some guidance or assistance with an enrollment issue. Our institution recently completed the Apple Developer Program enrollment as an accredited educational institution after receiving our DUNS number. It’s been over a week since the submission, but the status is still showing as "pending," and we haven’t received any follow-up communication.
This delay is creating a significant barrier for our students, as they urgently need access to the resources associated with the developer program for their ongoing projects. If anyone has experience with expediting this process or knows of any steps we might be missing, I would be extremely grateful for your insights.
Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance!
The apple connect account says expired card. But, when click on update card. The card in the account is up to date and not expired.
can't removed and re-add the card
do not have the option to use a different card
My apple developer account has been changed to organization information but the app store still shows the individual developer name, how to fix it? please help me
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed processing of my request to switch my developer account from individual to organization.
I submitted two separate requests, each with a unique case number, and received notifications stating that my issue would be resolved within one business day. However, despite the passage of several business days, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions.
I kindly request you to expedite the review and approval process for my account type change. My organization's DUNS number is provided already in my request application.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
Hello,
Typically, when we add a new device to our developer account, it’s available for use right away. However, we added two devices yesterday, and both are still showing a “processing” status today. We haven’t reached our maximum device limit.
Is there currently a slowdown with Developer Services?
Thanks!
I just joined the Apple Developer Program through my university team, and the point of contact for our university verified that I am on the team. However, after almost a week of waiting, I am still unable to access any privileges related to the program, and whenever I sign into my account, I am prompted to join the program, leading me to believe that there is some issue related to the enrollment process. I went to find a support link to see if I could sort out this issue, but whenever I navigate to the link given on the developer program page (https://developer.apple.com/contact/), I am greeted with a blank screen. Is it possible that I've done something wrong during the enrollment process?
Hi everyone,
usually i used to work on my xamarin application from a windows OS using Visual Studio application.
When testing IOS apps i used to connect to macbook that my boss has to my windows pc.
Nowdays i have a big problem while i try to publish an app. I select Release configuration, rebuild the project and in this case it asks me to login in with my Apple developer account but i always get an errore:
'There is an error while trying to access the auth service is not available'
Does anyone know a different way to publish an IOS app? I really do not know what to do.
This is my first time trying to publish an IOS app..
I signed up for the Apple Developer Program 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates on my enrollment. A few days ago, I attempted to sign up again and contacted support three days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. I initially enrolled via the web, but I’m unable to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app with this email.
To troubleshoot, I created a new Apple ID, and from that new account, I can proceed with enrollment via the app. My question is, should I attempt to enroll with my new Apple ID? And if so, would I be at risk of being charged twice if my original account is eventually approved, resulting in two active subscriptions?
I cannot reach to the developer support website https://developer.apple.com/contact/ the website is blank and doesn't even load, I tried it with 5 other devices and 3 other networks and also with a VPN.
Is the apple developer contact us (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) page working for anyone as of 29 Oct 2024 ? It's showing empty page for me and a few other folks?
It's been 6 days since the subscription fee was charged, you give a 48 hour period, you don't answer emails, you don't say anything; is this good Apple service?
I have been waiting for approval for my developer account for weeks and weeks now with no word from Apple. How can I get my developer account approved faster? It’s almost as if I have been forgotten.
