Enrollment: Documentation needed
I tried already twice to enroll to the developer program and I'm stuck again at the same point after receiving an email from Apple program stating: "Please note that we still need the documentation we requested two weeks ago in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”." Except I've never received such an email and I don't know which documents I should upload. I tried to contact by mail or phone the assistance but I never managed to succeed in having a response. Thanks

Automatically Rejected from Apple Developer Program; Denied Explanation
Looking for advice: I've been automatically rejected from Apple's Developer Program without an explanation. Hi everyone, It seems I’ve hit a brick wall, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced something similar to this or has any advice or resources to share. I recently attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but my application was immediately denied after submission. Within one second of submitting my driver’s license, the app stated that Apple was unable to verify my identity and that I needed to reach out to Developer Support for further assistance. When I first contacted Developer Support for clarification, the representative was happy to help. After being taken off hold, she said she couldn't offer any more information, but assured me that I'd later receive an email with further details related to my account and next steps. However, instead of steps to resolve the issue, I received a denial email repeating the same message about being unable to verify my identity (screenshot attached). I’ve since spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors, and, while everyone was initially polite and understanding, it changed after I was taken off hold. Here’s what I’ve been told: The decision is final, and there is no possibility of escalation or appeal. The supervisors themselves, despite being the final decision makers, have no access to the specific reason for applicants’ denial and, thus, could not provide any additional details. I was also invited to join Apple's “Xcode program,” which I found out just means they’ll allow me to buy Xcode from the app store and use it without a developer account (I already do that). Every time a support representative reread the sentence about being “unable to verify [my] identity,” I responded by offering to provide additional forms of identification. However, that offer was never addressed. The last senior advisor I spoke with stated to me over the phone that: She was the highest authority on the matter. There was absolutely no way to escalate the issue further; it was 100% impossible. She physically did not have access to the reason for my denial. Neither she nor anyone else at Apple was able to offer further assistance. I asked this senior advisor to send me an email with the above points in writing, which she said she would do. However, the email I received was a virtual copy-paste of the email from the first support representative, stating the same few sentences verbatim. This has left me deeply confused, especially as no specific reason for denial has been shared, and since I was explicitly denied any opportunity to address (or even get information on) potential issues. I’d like to ask this community: Has anyone else experienced this sort of immediate rejection and/or a refusal to disclose the reason for that rejection? Are there specific guidelines or policies I may have unknowingly violated that I should review? If so, what could be the reason why they’re being withheld from me? Are there any resources or alternative channels I can explore to resolve this issue? I’m so thoroughly confused, and I’m genuinely at a loss with how to move forward. I appreciate any insight or guidance from this community. Thanks so much for taking the time to read! Best regards, David

Apple Developer Program Purchase
Hi there, I subscribed and paid for the Apple Developer Program through the Developer app on my Mac two days ago, but the program is still not active. In the Developer app, I now see a message saying that I can’t enroll through the app with this account, even though I did it before. On the web version, it says I need to purchase the membership—how is that possible? I can see my subscription in my account subscriptions. Support hasn’t provided any answers yet.

How I successfully enrolled for the Apple Developer Program!
Hey guys! I believe I've found the solution to successfully enrol for the Apple Developer Program. This is for all of us who have tried enrolling and waiting in vain for the confirmation email from Apple after the acknowledgement email. First, you should know that the whole time I was attempting to enrol I was using my iCloud account and I was trying to do so via my MacBook with the browser. I tried both Firefox and Safari just to be sure it wasn't a browser thing. Then a thought came to me... since I knew Apple also had an Apple Developer app on its store that according to its articles it claims can be used to enrol... I chose to go for it, and this time I opted to enrol with my iPhone for good measure... I downloaded the Apple Developer app... logged into my iCloud account and attempted to enrol. However, this still didn't work. The message said that I couldn't use that email to enrol... And so I signed out and opted to use my Gmail account and voila! I was able to enrol!! The payment went through successfully! I received the SMS notification from my bank and I also got the subscription confirmation from Apple. That's how I did it. I really hope this helps someone 🙏.

Issue with Renewal of Apple Developer Membership
I am reaching out regarding an issue with renewing my Apple Developer membership. For the past two days, I have been in contact with support but am still unable to view the renewal options under my Apple Developer account. Additionally, I am not seeing an option to initiate a call when selecting "Program Purchase and Renewal" as the category for support assistance. Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Access to the renewal option is critical for maintaining our development processes, and I would appreciate any guidance or escalation that might expedite a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Team requires more devices than that of the Device limit
Hi Hypothetically, my company has 300 mobile engineers and we're building an iPhone app. Optimally I'd like each mobile engineer to have a physical device which they can do their day to day development, testing etc on. What options do I have to enable this given that there is a 100 device limit for iPhones on the Apple Developer Program used by my company. (https://developer.apple.com/help/account/register-devices/devices-overview/) Thanks

Issue Accessing Apple Developer Program – Payment Confirmation Received, No Further Action
Hello, I’m encountering a problem while trying to join the Apple Developer Program from Argentina. Each time I submit a payment, I receive a confirmation email stating: Dear Agustin Oberg, Thank you for your order. Here's a summary of your order request, which will be processed within 2 business days. We'll notify you when your items are ready. Order Details: Apple Developer Program US$ 99 Best regards, Apple Developer Relations However, despite this message, no further actions are taken, and I am still unable to access the program. I’ve tried multiple credit cards and submitted payments on several occasions, but the issue persists. Is there anyone who has faced a similar problem or can offer advice on how to resolve this? I would appreciate any assistance or guidance to complete my registration successfully. Thank you!

Device UDID duplicated 6 times in Enterprise Account Devices list
Sometime since July 2024 the list of devices in our Enterprise Account is showing the same device and UDID 6 times. Looking at the DATE REGISTERED field it is apparent that each instance of the device represents the 'old' device that should have been 'deleted' when the annual device reset was actioned. The date registered field shows dates with 2019, 2020, 2021, and so till 2024 (most recent). I have 'disabled' two of the entries to see what happens, and those instances were disabled as expected without impacting the other instances. However, when attempting a re-enable of them, an error throws saying that they cant be enabled because that UDID already exists - obviously the other instances. For now, I have left 4 active duplicates in place, and the 2 disabled ones as they are, and plan to deal with this again - if it re-occurs in 2025. It does not seem to have impacted provisioing profiles - so will leave well enough alone. I am sure if I disable all of them, I will not be able to re-enabled any of them. Is this a know issue? Is this the best strategy? - ie, wait till device reset next year and hope issue is resolved. This post had similar issue, in 2023, but no response Forum Post 733264

Enrollment Issues with Apple Developer Program - Seeking Assistance
Hello Apple Developer Community, I've been struggling to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for several weeks now, and I'm hoping someone here might have faced similar issues or has some advice: Apple ID Creation: Initially, I couldn't sign up for an Apple ID using my preferred email, so I had to resort to using a Gmail account, which eventually worked. Payment and Reversal: After managing to create an ID, I proceeded with the payment for the Developer Program. Everything appeared to go through smoothly, but a few days later, the charges were reversed, and my registration status showed as "pending." Support Challenges: I've contacted Apple Support multiple times. Each attempt involved using different emails and credit cards as suggested, but to no avail. The support team mentioned they couldn't access or provide information on developer enrollments directly, advising to use the developer support email for further help. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from the developer support email address. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Here are my questions: Has anyone successfully resolved a similar enrollment payment reversal issue? Are there known workarounds or additional steps I should take before or after payment to ensure enrollment goes through? Is there a more direct way to get in touch with developer support, perhaps through a different channel? Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide! Best Regards, HorseHookup

Been waiting for Apple Dev ID review since August 1
Been waiting for Apple Developer ID review since August 1. I've emailed weekly, asking for updates. I've called the Apple Developer support line. I've talked to multiple representatives. The most I can get out of anyone is that "The account application is being reviewed, you just have to wait, there is literally nothing more you can do. Just wait." For months now, that has been the response. Anyone know how to go about expediting, or what the next realistic step is here? I've been told that the request has been escalated as far up as it can be, but still getting no motion here. I asked if I should have someone else in my company submit the application, and asked if I should cancel my current application, and was told that I should not, as that would 'reset the timer' and I could end up waiting months more. Really at a loss here as to how to proceed. Anyone else run into this sort of issue, and eventually got a resolution? Any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Apple Developer Program Nightmare: Stuck in Verification Limbo with Zero Support
Joining the Apple Developer Program has been an absolute nightmare. I submitted my application form days ago, armed with every piece of identification imaginable—driver’s license, passport, you name it—ready to verify my identity. But here I am, still waiting, with zero communication or updates from Apple. The lack of support is truly baffling. Apple, a company that prides itself on “seamless user experience,” has left developers completely in the dark with a removed phone support option, leaving us with no direct way to reach a real human for help. We’re left floundering through the approval process with no accountability or means to expedite anything. For a company that relies on developers to keep their ecosystem thriving, this level of support (or rather, lack thereof) is insulting. I honestly don’t know what else Apple expects from us. We’re ready to pay, contribute, and build apps that keep the App Store alive. The least they could do is provide basic customer service. Apple, if you're listening, you need to fix this. Developers deserve respect and timely support, not silence and frustration. This is not what we signed up for, and it’s certainly not what we expected from one of the biggest tech companies in the world.

Membership enrollment
I recently created an account and attempted to pay the $99 USD fee for the Apple Developer Program. I was informed that it might take up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed. However, it has now been 6 days, and the payment has not been debited from my account, nor has the membership been activated. I've double-checked my payment method, account details, and any possible notifications but haven't found any issues or updates regarding this delay. I also contacted Apple Support through email a few days ago but have not received any response so far. Has anyone experienced a similar problem where the payment hasn't been processed after several days? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
