Hello,
I’m experiencing issues completing my Apple Developer Program membership purchase. I’ve attempted the process three times, received an order acknowledgment email each time, and was informed that the request would be processed within 2 business days. Despite this, my payment does not go through, and I’m repeatedly prompted to make the purchase again.
Here are the details:
Enrollment ID: 2D8KS5FGH4
Cost: US$99
Attempts: 3 separate purchase attempts
Acknowledgment Email Received: Yes (Order Acknowledgement email from Apple Developer, confirming my order request)
I’ve verified my payment method, billing details, and even tried different browsers and devices. Each time, the process completes up to the acknowledgment, but the payment is not finalized, and my membership remains inactive.
Could you please help resolve this issue? I need assistance in activating my membership so I can begin development.
Thank you,
Apple Developer Program

Hello,
I’m encountering a problem while trying to join the Apple Developer Program from Argentina. Each time I submit a payment, I receive a confirmation email stating:
Dear Agustin Oberg,
Thank you for your order. Here's a summary of your order request, which will be processed within 2 business days. We'll notify you when your items are ready.
Order Details:
Apple Developer Program
US$ 99
Best regards,
Apple Developer Relations
However, despite this message, no further actions are taken, and I am still unable to access the program. I’ve tried multiple credit cards and submitted payments on several occasions, but the issue persists.
Is there anyone who has faced a similar problem or can offer advice on how to resolve this? I would appreciate any assistance or guidance to complete my registration successfully.
Thank you!
I have tried to mail the Apple Developer Team so many times now. In desperation, I was even prepared to pay twice should another $99 go through if I didn't hear anything back from Apple on my first payment. I would like to pay my $99 so that I can get registered and start launching my app. Please help? Where can I go to get someone to attend to my repeated communication.
Hello! Can I publish a medical app with a personal account or do I need to have a business account?
…How do I figure out what is wrong to be able to upload the app to the store with its signed mdimporter embedded?
mdimporter in macOS project, compiled separately, signed and bundle dropped into Xcode app project. Runs fine but trying to upload to Apple App Store for macOS one runs an Xcode > Product > Archive command and I get this error…
Xcode > Organizer > Products > Archives … Validation Failed
Asset validation failed
This bundle is invalid. Unable to load ‘Info.plist’ for bundle at path: ‘MyApp.app/Contents/Library/Spotlight/MyApp-SpotlightIndex.mdimporter’.. (UUID-shown-here)
The Info.plist of the mdimporter is in the separate mdimporter Xcode project, the bundle is compiled as Build for Running and was dropped and copied into the Xcode app project. Runs fine. Any ideas on how to get that to NOT FAIL so I can succeed with my app Archive to upload to the Apple App Store? How to find out what is wrong? How to fix?
I'm at a loss here.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get enrolled in the Apple Developer Program. My app is already very delayed, I am very disappointed by the fact that Apple states that it only takes 2 business days.
I can't find anywhere to contact them here in Denmark, sadly and they don't respond via their contact form.
Very frustrating experience. Anyone in a similar situation?
Hello Apple Developer Community,
I've been struggling to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for several weeks now, and I'm hoping someone here might have faced similar issues or has some advice:
Apple ID Creation: Initially, I couldn't sign up for an Apple ID using my preferred email, so I had to resort to using a Gmail account, which eventually worked.
Payment and Reversal: After managing to create an ID, I proceeded with the payment for the Developer Program. Everything appeared to go through smoothly, but a few days later, the charges were reversed, and my registration status showed as "pending."
Support Challenges: I've contacted Apple Support multiple times. Each attempt involved using different emails and credit cards as suggested, but to no avail. The support team mentioned they couldn't access or provide information on developer enrollments directly, advising to use the developer support email for further help. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from the developer support email address.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Here are my questions:
Has anyone successfully resolved a similar enrollment payment reversal issue?
Are there known workarounds or additional steps I should take before or after payment to ensure enrollment goes through?
Is there a more direct way to get in touch with developer support, perhaps through a different channel?
Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Best Regards,
HorseHookup

I'm trying to integrate Apple Pay into PayPal Checkout and have followed their instructions and all is looking good. I imagined that I could test in the PayPal Sandbox with a live card (as per GooglePay) but when testing the "oncancel" callback is called. My question is, is it a requirement to have a Developer Account setup with test card numbers to test Apple Pay or can you test with live cards in the Sandbox?
Been waiting for Apple Developer ID review since August 1. I've emailed weekly, asking for updates. I've called the Apple Developer support line. I've talked to multiple representatives. The most I can get out of anyone is that "The account application is being reviewed, you just have to wait, there is literally nothing more you can do. Just wait." For months now, that has been the response.
Anyone know how to go about expediting, or what the next realistic step is here? I've been told that the request has been escalated as far up as it can be, but still getting no motion here. I asked if I should have someone else in my company submit the application, and asked if I should cancel my current application, and was told that I should not, as that would 'reset the timer' and I could end up waiting months more.
Really at a loss here as to how to proceed. Anyone else run into this sort of issue, and eventually got a resolution?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks!
Hi, I hope you're doing well.
I am adding across this post because I keep getting an error while I go to purchase the apple developer program support. I recently got approval to register on behalf of my organization, but I am not being able to move forward with the payment.
Since I am registering from India, it only lets me add UPI or net banking on the App Store as payment methods. I am also unable to change my payment methods in settings, it just says card on file. Need help in purchasing this subscription.
Prompts I get

Joining the Apple Developer Program has been an absolute nightmare. I submitted my application form days ago, armed with every piece of identification imaginable—driver’s license, passport, you name it—ready to verify my identity. But here I am, still waiting, with zero communication or updates from Apple.
The lack of support is truly baffling. Apple, a company that prides itself on “seamless user experience,” has left developers completely in the dark with a removed phone support option, leaving us with no direct way to reach a real human for help. We’re left floundering through the approval process with no accountability or means to expedite anything. For a company that relies on developers to keep their ecosystem thriving, this level of support (or rather, lack thereof) is insulting.
I honestly don’t know what else Apple expects from us. We’re ready to pay, contribute, and build apps that keep the App Store alive. The least they could do is provide basic customer service. Apple, if you're listening, you need to fix this. Developers deserve respect and timely support, not silence and frustration. This is not what we signed up for, and it’s certainly not what we expected from one of the biggest tech companies in the world.
I recently created an account and attempted to pay the $99 USD fee for the Apple Developer Program. I was informed that it might take up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed. However, it has now been 6 days, and the payment has not been debited from my account, nor has the membership been activated.
I've double-checked my payment method, account details, and any possible notifications but haven't found any issues or updates regarding this delay. I also contacted Apple Support through email a few days ago but have not received any response so far.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem where the payment hasn't been processed after several days? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
Hello Apple Developer Support Community,
I’m reaching out here in hopes of getting some guidance or assistance with an enrollment issue. Our institution recently completed the Apple Developer Program enrollment as an accredited educational institution after receiving our DUNS number. It’s been over a week since the submission, but the status is still showing as "pending," and we haven’t received any follow-up communication.
This delay is creating a significant barrier for our students, as they urgently need access to the resources associated with the developer program for their ongoing projects. If anyone has experience with expediting this process or knows of any steps we might be missing, I would be extremely grateful for your insights.
Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance!

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with our enterprise app profile installation on iOS 18.1. The app and profile installed correctly on previous iOS versions, but on iOS 18.1, the app installs successfully while the profile fails to install. Notably, this issue does not occur on all devices.
We have verified that our certificates comply with the latest standards and are valid, and we’ve prepared a focused test project that can reproduce the issue. I’d like to know if Apple has suggested submitting a code-level support request for similar cases and if there are any additional requirements for profile installation on iOS 18.1. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
My apple developer account has been changed to organization information but the app store still shows the individual developer name, how to fix it? please help me
Hello Apple Developer Community,
I am encountering a critical issue with my developer account registration and am hoping someone here might offer insights or solutions.
Background:
Recently, I registered a developer account under my company’s name. During the initial submission, there was a discrepancy between the employee verification documents and the registered company name due to our company having multiple entities. This led to Apple cancelling my registration. I subsequently clarified the situation, resubmitted the correct verification, and received an email from Apple confirming that my registration was approved.
Current Issue:
After receiving the approval, Apple instructed me to accept the privacy agreement and complete the payment. However, when I access my account in the Apple Developer app, I still see the “Enroll Now” button, which remains greyed out, making it impossible for me to proceed with the required steps. This has halted the entire process.
Steps Taken So Far:
1. I reached out to Apple Developer Support, explaining the issue in detail.
2. They escalated my case to another team for further investigation and requested additional documentation, including device information, account details, and identification.
3. Despite following up, it has been over ten days without any resolution or updates.
Question:
Has anyone here experienced a similar situation, or does anyone know of additional steps that might help resolve this issue? Is there a way to directly reach a specific department that can address this technical problem with the account status in the Developer app?
Any guidance or recommendations would be highly appreciated, as this delay is impacting our ability to proceed with app development.
Thank you very much!
