Problem Signing up for dev account, 3 days waiting...
Hi hope to find help here, tried to sign up for developer account so i can continue working on my swift app, for personal use i don't want to put it on the apple store, just for me and reinstalling it every 7 days is killing my adhd )) plus couldn't install the app on iphone due to limit reached . that's the reason i need the dev account for. i got this email after signing up Nov 19, 2024, 12:09 PM (2 days ago) and never have been contacted after the url that are in here is not much of help i check i'm not on any listed as mentioned here "name fully or partially matching with one or more restricted parties on the consolidated screening list from the U.S. government" and frankly don't know why should i be in any list i'm a normal person none threatening, i have arabic name with ukranian citizenship is that the reason, apple dev system got shook ? i have create ticket also but no answer since yesterday also 10246556**** Please do help and contact me, to resolve this.

Enrollment: Documentation needed
I tried already twice to enroll to the developer program and I'm stuck again at the same point after receiving an email from Apple program stating: "Please note that we still need the documentation we requested two weeks ago in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”." Except I've never received such an email and I don't know which documents I should upload. I tried to contact by mail or phone the assistance but I never managed to succeed in having a response. Why did I receive a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST for the same transaction_id the day after I already received a REFUND for it? I received a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST, but due to a program error, I failed to submit the customer information. Later, I was notified with a REFUND, indicating that the transaction had been refunded. However, the next day, I received another CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notification for the same transaction_id.

Apple Developer membership is the first step
Hello everyone. I would like to let everyone know that I am excited to get an Apple developer account. As soon as I stepped in, I faced the first problem. When I try to buy the Apple developer membership through the app, the person asks for an ID card. It automatically fills in the name and surname part. If we try to become a member via the web, the person does not ask for an ID card and we can enter the name and surname field as we wish. I am at the payment screen and I entered my website name in the name and surname field. Will Apple close my account? Will I be prevented from receiving money through the app? What do you recommend me to do? I don't want to use my own name

Having issue completing enrollment
Hello We've tried to "purchase" our membership on the 6th of November, entered valid billing information, but still didn't receive back any feedback from apple. Previously with other accounts we didn't encounter any issue, but now for some reason apple support is not answering us back (left 3 tickets, they are all open, where the oldest is open for over a week without a reply back from apple) Did anybody encounter this before? is there another way to contact apple to get their help? Thanks in advance

Apple Account Issue The region of the Apple Account that's signed in to Settings or System Preferences is different than the region of the Apple Account with which you signed into the Apple Developer app. Sign in to Settings or System Preferences with an Apple Account that has the same region.................am getting this error whenever am trying to complete my online enrollment can someone help??

Developer account cannot be used, unable to find renewal entry
Hi, we need to restore the developer plan and submit a new iOS app for review. Currently our account does not have permission to log in to the developer backend. Clicking on the account page only has one message box, and after submitting the message, there has been no resolution, only receiving emails that are currently being processed. It has been a month since then, and the phone call also asked me to go to the Apple developer website for help. Who can help me. thank you! What is the reason why my account cannot be used normally? How can I operate it on my end to use my account normally!

Apple Developer Enrollment Program Is Terrible.
I tried to apply for the developer account from September to November. But the status is always "Pending". I reached out to Apple support and they said they cannot receive my payment from bank. The bank transaction is "Pending" as well. I asked the bank support and they said they have allowed Apple to collect the $99 USD money. And Apple support said it's the responsibility of the bank to give Apple the money. And the Apple support recommended me to use the Developer app to apply for the Developer Program. But the app requires US driver’s license or state identification card to verify. I'm not a US citizen so I cannot use the Developer app. I'm forced to use the website. I'm so confused and want to know: Isn't it the responsibility of Apple to collect the money authorized by the bank? The status of my last three bank transactions are still "Pending" and the bank said it's the responsibility of Apple to collect the money. They cannot cancel the pending transaction. I feel like a piece of shit being thrown around by terrible customer services. I really want to cry.

Automatically Rejected from Apple Developer Program; Denied Explanation
Looking for advice: I've been automatically rejected from Apple's Developer Program without an explanation. Hi everyone, It seems I’ve hit a brick wall, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced something similar to this or has any advice or resources to share. I recently attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but my application was immediately denied after submission. Within one second of submitting my driver’s license, the app stated that Apple was unable to verify my identity and that I needed to reach out to Developer Support for further assistance. When I first contacted Developer Support for clarification, the representative was happy to help. After being taken off hold, she said she couldn't offer any more information, but assured me that I'd later receive an email with further details related to my account and next steps. However, instead of steps to resolve the issue, I received a denial email repeating the same message about being unable to verify my identity (screenshot attached). I’ve since spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors, and, while everyone was initially polite and understanding, it changed after I was taken off hold. Here’s what I’ve been told: The decision is final, and there is no possibility of escalation or appeal. The supervisors themselves, despite being the final decision makers, have no access to the specific reason for applicants’ denial and, thus, could not provide any additional details. I was also invited to join Apple's “Xcode program,” which I found out just means they’ll allow me to buy Xcode from the app store and use it without a developer account (I already do that). Every time a support representative reread the sentence about being “unable to verify [my] identity,” I responded by offering to provide additional forms of identification. However, that offer was never addressed. The last senior advisor I spoke with stated to me over the phone that: She was the highest authority on the matter. There was absolutely no way to escalate the issue further; it was 100% impossible. She physically did not have access to the reason for my denial. Neither she nor anyone else at Apple was able to offer further assistance. I asked this senior advisor to send me an email with the above points in writing, which she said she would do. However, the email I received was a virtual copy-paste of the email from the first support representative, stating the same few sentences verbatim. This has left me deeply confused, especially as no specific reason for denial has been shared, and since I was explicitly denied any opportunity to address (or even get information on) potential issues. I’d like to ask this community: Has anyone else experienced this sort of immediate rejection and/or a refusal to disclose the reason for that rejection? Are there specific guidelines or policies I may have unknowingly violated that I should review? If so, what could be the reason why they’re being withheld from me? Are there any resources or alternative channels I can explore to resolve this issue? I’m so thoroughly confused, and I’m genuinely at a loss with how to move forward. Apple developer program bad customer service
You sign up for the developer program -> Apple confirm order placed and wait time is 48hrs. It doesnt mentioned if 48hrs is for US citizen or the rest of the world. Bad customer service, mo response from Apple. 2 weeks later, no apple developer program enrolment completed, Still waiting. Question Why is there a 48hrs communication sent when clearly this is to fool people in waiting forever? Why is there no communication when querying about the request. I suspect Apple is big enough to get the right customer service people or is this something they dont care about. What a let down from such a company!

Unable to Access Team ID and Account Login Issues
Hello everyone, I am a developer and admin on App Store Connect, and I'm experiencing some issues with my account. Here’s a summary of the situation: Account Email: [Redacted] Team ID: [Redacted] Upon visiting the resources page, I encountered a popup stating: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. When I sought assistance from a account holder, they attempted to log in using the account email but were unable to access it, despite entering the correct credentials multiple times. The login page prompted them to enter the email or phone number and password for the Apple account. Currently, I admin can log into App Store Connect, but the account holder is unable to access their account. We are facing difficulties because the Team ID appears to be disabled or unavailable in Xcode. We still have an Individual Developer subscription, but we intend to upgrade to an Organization level. I submitted a request for "Organization Membership" earlier this month. After contacting Apple support helpline multiple times, we received inconsistent responses, including suggestions to create a new account or contact developer support via email. Our main issues are: The account holder is unable to log in. The Team ID is not functioning. If we cannot continue with the individual account, we are open to using a different email for the account holder, as he handle sensitive information such as verification and payments. I have already submitted my request and am opening this thread in hopes of finding a speedy solution and guidance. I've seen multiple threads on this issue, but none have provided a resolution. Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

How do I set hardware speed in my Ethernet driver?
PLATFORM AND VERSION iOS Development environment: Xcode 15.4, macOS Sonoma 14.5 Run-time configuration: macOS Sonoma 14.5 DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM Hi, I'm on DriverKit 21.0. I'm looking for a system call (that isn't deprecated) in my driver to set the Ethernet link speed manually. Normally a user would set it by System Settings... -> Network -> -> Details -> Hardware -> Configure (Manually), and then Speed (choose the link speed). With my driver, when I configure for manual, no link speeds show up. I want to know how to populate the speeds (1000BaseT, etc.) so a user can select one. What system APIs are used for this? I can't find much detail in the documentation. I do see Instance Methods for some related things like getSupportedMediaArray, but most of these newer methods don't have details in the documentation to guide me on what they actually do. Persistent invalid_client error while using Sign Up With Apple and firebase/auth
Hello fellow developers, My team has been running into a persistent INVALID_CLIENT error while trying to implement Sign In With Apple JS in our Nextjs app with signInWithPopup from firebase/auth. Here is the full error: Error getting access token from https://appleid.apple.com, OAuth2 redirect uri is: https://[redacted]/__/auth/handler, response: OAuth2TokenResponse{params: error=invalid_client, httpMetadata: HttpMetadata{status=400, cachePolicy=NO_CACHE, cacheDurationJava=null, cacheImmutable=false, staleWhileRevalidate=null, filename=null, lastModified=null, retryAfter=null, crossOriginEmbedderPolicy=null, crossOriginOpenerPolicy=null, crossOriginResourcePolicy=null, permissionsPolicies=[], headers=HTTP/1.1 200 OK, contentSecurityPolicies=[], originTrials=[], reportToHeaders=[], varyHeaderNames=[], cookieList=[]}} I've checked every thread on these forums and stackoverflow for solutions to this very common issue, and we tried them all. We made sure to verify that the Services ID, Apple Team ID, Key ID and Private key are all correctly used in the firebase console, we have regenerated our keys, all to no avail. We also contacted Apple Support via the Development And Technical option with Certificates, Identifiers, and Provisioning Profiles topics, but they directed us to code-level support, which excludes 3rd Party libraries so this does not seem appropriate for us. Does anyone have any idea of what might be wrong or suggestions for something we could try? We are able to get the pop up to open with an Apple login form, allow us to enter the credentials, but then when we hit continue the error occurs. We are using firebase version ^10.4.0 Any help would be greatly appreciated and let me know if I need to provide any additional info. Thank you.
