Can't create developer account
I'm trying to create my developer account for my organization This is what happened to me I registered through the web interface - I passed verification through a phone call. At the payment stage, after 3 attempts, I failed to make the payment without explanation for any reason, I filled out the form and waited 48 hours, but nothing happened I contacted support - I was advised to change the type of registration to the mobile application in order to make a payment through Apple Pay, I gave my consent and waited I went through re-registration (1 step only because I had to provide a photo of the physical person's documents) - after which I received a message that the application is being considered 3 months have passed since that moment - and my appeals to support do not solve anything, they stopped answering me, the last one was 10 days ago Tell me how to act - because I have a planned release and I still can't register an account, and the support does not provide any clear explanation or template response - which shows that no one reads what I write, and as a result of complete ignoring for 10 days, I am already waiting for a response and nothing

Apple Developer Organisation Account
I did enrollment but when I get to purchasing it cannot proceed further, I wait up to 2 business days every time and nothing happens. I didn't get any help from support about this. My enrollment lasts about 30 days now. I'm not sure what is happening. Also there is no option to cancel it and to switch to individual account, because now I don't even matter about the type, because I need app to be published on App Store. Can someone please help? What I can do to resolve this?

Delays in deciding on entitlement approval?
I requested an entitlement 2 weeks ago, and sent a support email 1 week ago. My developer account already had this entitlement, but I transferred the app (which was approved in the app store) to an organization I made it for. I haven't heard anything from Apple in two weeks, including NO RESPONSE to my email asking when I would hear back. Is this common? I'll call them on Monday but damn I delivered this product to the organization many weeks ago and now Apple is holding me up now with no indication of how much longer.

Make a .API just to test in one Iphone for free
I'm currently making a project for a governamental entity and I need to make a .API file to test in a Iphone but it seems to me a need a developer account membership. As I'm working for free and it's for the goverment, I really don't want to pay just to test the app. Is there any subscription method that allows me just to test and later pay if the app is aproved?

Unable to Enroll / make payment, No reply from support
I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program from months now. Enrolling as organization - First I couldn't enroll without connecting with support. Then, when we were finally able to enroll, we are stuck with payment for almost a month (which is supposed to be the easiest step of all - you enter card details, click proceed and its done). We tried cards from different countries - Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, UAE and none of them are accepted. Funny thing is , the App Store can process the payment with same cards in minutes. But enrollment has took them a whole month. Also, there has been no support on this payment issue; what is the cause behind it and how can they help us solve it - nothing. Getting a reply back from apple has also become a tedious task. Enrolling as individual - Now, I am trying individual account and that is also I cannot do without their support. Apple, you have been unable to provide support to us. But here, I will give some suggestions to you. Suggestions for Apple - Apple, either you need to increase your support manpower or fire them all, because they do nothing. And can you update your payment gateway with other options or at least with your own Apple Pay?

Issues with logging in Connect
I recently created my account on Apple Developer Program, and paid up. However, it took around 2 days for the apple's system to recognize my payment and sent me verification email. This was almost 24 hours ago, however I am not been able to login to connect so far. When I click on Connect -> app, it takes me to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login and when I try to login, I see the error displayed below. This is my developer dashboard currently. Can someone help out or guide on this please?

Test Flight Availability
It seems Test Flight is unavailable as this is the message I recieve when trying to install my app in Test Flight. "Could not install ______. TestFlight is currently unavailable. Try again" Yet, all systems are rosy according to the system status page (https://developer.apple.com/system-status/). Is this status page updated manually when somebody complains or is it actually testing anything?

Unable to create APNs key
I am unable to create a private key to access APNs services from the Developer Portal (developer.apple.com). I take the following steps: Sign in to developer.apple.com Go to Keys (https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/authkeys/list) Click "Create a key" Check the enable box in front of "Apple Push Notifications service (APNs)" A message in red shows up in the same table row: "This service must have one identifier configured.". A "Configure" button appears. Click on the configure button A new page loads at the following URL (https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/authkeys/add) displaying an error dialog with the text: "Unexpected error occurred An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support" I contacted support but that might take ages. Unexpected error occurred
I am trying to create new key for apple APN , I find out there is a new option "configure" to add identifier for the key or something . anyway when I click on it to configure the key I am getting error popup : An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support any ideas ?

ios 18.1 issue "you must accept icloud
I have a problem, which oncerns Photos but maybe all the iCloud+ services here with me. Two days ago (after the sixth developer beta of ios 18.1) everything worked, then in an Apple Store center I bought and configured an Apple Watch (which I don't think has much to do with it, or maybe it does) and suddenly both on the iPhone and on the iPad this "you must accept the new iCloud Terms and Conditions" problem popped up, which instead, fortunately, is not on the Mac. I tried changing account "icloud" in Mail, but I get no mail and this message: "Impossible to receive mail. Connection with the server not reached... Server code "AUTHENTICATIONFAILED", server message "Invalid credentials". In fact, sometimes certain parts of Preferences (all about iCloud) give the error "Server not responding" or "incorrect password", but it is correct. Improper errors. I tried to log out of iCloud but it keeps saying that "incorrect account or password" and it doesn't turn off "Find my"... A great problem... But where is this "Terms and consitions" file? By the way, I think I've already accepted it on the Mac and other devices. I've tried everything... Also in iPad it is not possible to activate iMessage: "account or password wrong", trey again... Yesterday I updated to the developer beta 7 of iOS 18.1 but nothing has changed.

Enrollment
I signed up and entered my Apple ID. I completed the registration process and paid $99 through the enroll link. All steps are done correctly. And at the end, the message that the payment will be completed in the next 2 working days was displayed, and at the same time, an email was sent to me that I have to wait for 2 working days. But after several days, no email has been sent to me to complete the registration. And my registration is still pending. I would be grateful if my friends could guide me on what to do.

Do I need to pay on app + website?
Hi, I wanted to create an apple developer account. Just starting out iOS development. When I downloaded the Apple Developer app, it prompted me to pay, close to $50/year converted to my home currency. Now when I login to https://developer.apple.com/ ,I see the prompt that I need to pay $99/year again? Is this a glitch? Not receiving any response from support, and its been almost 36 hours since my purchase. I know it can take a while to get sorted, but just asking if anyone else faced this issue. Thanks in advance

Apple Developer Support is extremely slow
My ticket 102416056647 about the organization update and app transfer hasn't received any updates for 4 days. I'm stuck with providing documents. I uploaded them via the link they provided, but they said they didn't receive anything, so they suggested I re-upload them. However, the link had already closed, so I sent the documents directly via email. Now, I just need to know if the documents were successfully received. After that, they can take their time to verify them. But such a response feels like a luxury. Each reply takes 2-3 days from my last email, and since they don't work on weekends, we only exchange 1 email per week, maybe 2 if I'm lucky. The process I mentioned earlier took 2 weeks. Also, I tried to contact them via the Apple Support page by phone, but the phone field only supports certain prefixes (+86, +65, etc.), while I'm in Vietnam (+84). Is this intentional? This is not how a technology company should operate. Things need to move quickly, not the other way around.
