Unable to Enroll / make payment, No reply from support

I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program from months now.

Enrolling as organization - First I couldn't enroll without connecting with support. Then, when we were finally able to enroll, we are stuck with payment for almost a month (which is supposed to be the easiest step of all - you enter card details, click proceed and its done). We tried cards from different countries - Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, UAE and none of them are accepted. Funny thing is , the App Store can process the payment with same cards in minutes. But enrollment has took them a whole month. Also, there has been no support on this payment issue; what is the cause behind it and how can they help us solve it - nothing. Getting a reply back from apple has also become a tedious task.

Enrolling as individual - Now, I am trying individual account and that is also I cannot do without their support.

Apple, you have been unable to provide support to us. But here, I will give some suggestions to you.

Suggestions for Apple - Apple, either you need to increase your support manpower or fire them all, because they do nothing. And can you update your payment gateway with other options or at least with your own Apple Pay?

The suggested way to enroll Apple Developer Program is using Apple Developer App. Try to make the payment in the app.
