About 5 weeks ago, I requested a Family Controls Entitlement using this form: https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/family-controls-distribution I have yet to hear anything back. About a week ago, I submitted a support request through my Apple developer account, asking about the entitlement, and have also not heard anything back. Is it normal to wait this long? Is there a way to check on the status of my request? Is there some other channel I should be using to ask for information about this process?

Hi everyone, I recently made a purchase for my Apple Developer Account, and while I can see the transaction in my bank and have also received an email confirmation from Apple, my account status is still showing “In Progress” after almost 5 days. What’s worrying me is that some of my friends/colleagues who made the payment at the same time got their accounts activated almost immediately, while mine is still stuck. I’ve already reached out to Apple Support, but so far, I haven’t had any luck resolving the issue. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Hi I am on an iphone 15 pro (US version) running ios 18 build number 22A5282m and the software update page of settings says that beta updates are off (cannot be turned on (there are no public or developer beta options either)) and the main page displays this error message: “Unable to Check for Update An error occurred while checking for a software update. Try Again“ <— in blue i tried to put my device into recovery mode to restore but it just started bootlooping and only stopped when i let go of the power button. next was the factory reset. i completely emptied the phone and set it up again. i restored from an earlier backup but the problem still remained. I am unable to update and my battery life is really suffering (3-4h of screen on time. Background app refresh and location services are turned off and low power mode is turned on) any ideas would be appreciated thanks

Hello everyone, Ever since installing macOS 15.1 beta 5 on this M1 13’’ MacBook Pro, I have been unable to install or update any application from the Mac App Store. I keep getting the following error: “The file “preflight.pfpkg” doesn’t exist.””. The same machine was fine with 15.0 Sequoia and the problem happens regardless of the region setting of the machine. The machine has at least 148 GB of free disk space on the SSD. The same app I was trying to install from the MAS app I could install from the provider’s website (WhatsApp in this case, but I have tried with other apps too). Has anyone noticed it before? tried two times to change developer account from individual to organisation. after each try, it takes many weeks - status stuck at "Pending". then without any notification, it becomes "Continue Migration" now if I click Continue Migration, it gets stuck at Pending for weeks. The cycle is non stop Called developer hotline, they say they don't entertain phone call, and only allow Request Callback Tried request callback, it says the number is not allowed for Request callback It would be better if the migration is canceled and set back to Individual, but I can't even do that. Does anyone know where or how I can get help at all ?

I have an app which is very similar to Patreon, where users can subscribe to influencers and get exclusive content. However, I do not know how to implement it with in-app purchase limitations Since user can not subscribe to 1 subscription several times, but in my app they can subscribe to 2 or more influencers, I have to create a uniques subscription to all influencers, but there is a limitation of 10,000 in-app products. Additionally, since user can subscribe to only 1 sub in sub group, I also have to create a sub group to every influencer. It is crucial for me to have auto-renewable subscription, so I can not use consumables. How Patreon could implement it, taking into account that they have thousands and millions of influencers? Can somebody help me figure out a way to resolve this issue?

I can't find find the option to review and accept the updated license agreement in developer account. I've uploaded the original documents and the computer generated translations but they didn't except it. Translating these documents costs about 1500 USD and small companies like us can't afford the translation cost. Minimum wage is not even 500 dollar in my country. I've enrolled the Developer Program before and they only needed the DUNS number, which I already provided. I've asked in social media and someone based in my country enrolled the program about two months ago with only a DUNS number. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? Is this a new policy? I couldn't find anything about this policy on the web.
