Unable to Access Team ID and Account Login Issues
Hello everyone, I am a developer and admin on App Store Connect, and I'm experiencing some issues with my account. Here’s a summary of the situation: Account Email: [Redacted] Team ID: [Redacted] Upon visiting the resources page, I encountered a popup stating: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. When I sought assistance from a account holder, they attempted to log in using the account email but were unable to access it, despite entering the correct credentials multiple times. The login page prompted them to enter the email or phone number and password for the Apple account. Currently, I admin can log into App Store Connect, but the account holder is unable to access their account. We are facing difficulties because the Team ID appears to be disabled or unavailable in Xcode. We still have an Individual Developer subscription, but we intend to upgrade to an Organization level. I submitted a request for "Organization Membership" earlier this month. After contacting Apple support helpline multiple times, we received inconsistent responses, including suggestions to create a new account or contact developer support via email. Our main issues are: The account holder is unable to log in. The Team ID is not functioning. If we cannot continue with the individual account, we are open to using a different email for the account holder, as he handle sensitive information such as verification and payments. I have already submitted my request and am opening this thread in hopes of finding a speedy solution and guidance. I've seen multiple threads on this issue, but none have provided a resolution. Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

How do I set hardware speed in my Ethernet driver?
PLATFORM AND VERSION iOS Development environment: Xcode 15.4, macOS Sonoma 14.5 Run-time configuration: macOS Sonoma 14.5 DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM Hi, I'm on DriverKit 21.0. I'm looking for a system call (that isn't deprecated) in my driver to set the Ethernet link speed manually. Normally a user would set it by System Settings... -> Network -> -> Details -> Hardware -> Configure (Manually), and then Speed (choose the link speed). With my driver, when I configure for manual, no link speeds show up. I want to know how to populate the speeds (1000BaseT, etc.) so a user can select one. What system APIs are used for this? I can't find much detail in the documentation. I do see Instance Methods for some related things like getSupportedMediaArray, but most of these newer methods don't have details in the documentation to guide me on what they actually do. I'm encountering an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the mobile app. Every time I attempt to proceed, I receive the following error message: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue." I have verified my account information and followed all the necessary steps. I sent an email to Apple, but I haven’t received a response for several days. I’d be grateful for any help if anyone else has experienced this issue.

after installing ios 18.2 beta update, my phone overheated like hell and doesnot sustain battery
Couple of days ago I installed ios 18.2 beta update and now my iphone 15 pro drains battery and overheats like hell. It is difficult to touch. and as i plug out my charger, the battery drains very fast (30% to O% in 10 minutes with no literally no use) To note, my battery health is 100% with around 176 battery cycles and i always use original apple 20W charger and cable. I have even changed the charger to a new original apple 20W charger and the issue persists. I have reset it but still the same happens. so it is lying dead for 2 days because i cannot charge it because of extreme heating. I got it checked at apple authorised service center as mentioned on apple website, they said they would reinstall the software in warranty. today they said they said the issue persists after sofware reinstallation and saying it is hardware thing. What should i do??

How to paginate PointsOfInterestSearch results in MapKit JS?
I created a PointsOfInterestSearch (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mapkitjs/pointsofinterestsearch) on the frontend using MapKit JS: const poiSearch = new window.mapkit.PointsOfInterestSearch({ center: new mapkit.Coordinate(userLocation.lat, userLocation.lng), radius: 10000, }); poiSearch.search((error, results) => { console.log("Length of poiSearch:", results.places.length); results.places.forEach((place) => { console.log("Name:", place.name); }); }); The length of results.places is 20. Trying it with a bigger radius also still results in 20. The docs for PointsOfInterestSearchResponse shows only a places (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mapkitjs/pointsofinterestsearchresponse) and no options for pagination. How can I paginate the rest of the results?

My dev account is blocked
For un unknown reason, my Apple ID has been blocked. Since I can not connect anymore to my developer account ! I've asked to unblock it (iforgot.apple.com) but according to support the unblock sequence is not send because this Apple ID is in used. I need help to unblock my ID in order to manage my app.... note : I use an another account to post this messages.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for 4+ Days, No Payment Processed
Hello everyone, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, completed all required forms, and submitted my payment details. I received an email confirming my enrollment order and stating it would be processed within two business days, but it’s now been over four days, and I haven’t seen a charge on my card or received any follow-up communication. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Emailed Apple Developer Support multiple times: No response after four follow-ups. Called Apple Support: They couldn’t connect me directly to Developer Support. Is there a way to expedite this or another contact method that I might have missed? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Account blocked
Hi, ok everyone. I need help please. My developer account was suddenly blocked without any reason and any notice. What I should do now? On regular support I didn't get any useful information, they said that this is probably permanent. WTH?? Can I even know what I have done wrong???Any help please! I cant beleive it. I have building app for years to get some subscribers and now the block me without ANY info !!!!??? I pay for developer account for some year I was at wwdc etc. and now I get blocked. WTF PLEASE HELP! the account Im writing from is not the account that was blocked! I would write with my main developer account but I cant login.

Team requires more devices than that of the Device limit
Hi Hypothetically, my company has 300 mobile engineers and we're building an iPhone app. Optimally I'd like each mobile engineer to have a physical device which they can do their day to day development, testing etc on. What options do I have to enable this given that there is a 100 device limit for iPhones on the Apple Developer Program used by my company. Payment Error
Hi, I hope you're doing well. I am adding across this post because I keep getting an error while I go to purchase the apple developer program support. I recently got approval to register on behalf of my organization, but I am not being able to move forward with the payment. Since I am registering from India, it only lets me add UPI or net banking on the App Store as payment methods. I am also unable to change my payment methods in settings, it just says card on file. Need help in purchasing this subscription. Prompts I get Your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes support. It then says purchase failed an unknown error has occurred.
