Hi there,
If anyone had the same problem please share, my apple developer plan expired a while ago, now I hit the renew button put my card info the payment went successfully I can see it in my bank transactions, but the account page still showing your membership expired with the renew button, if anyone know how long does it take to update the status. Thank you
Here are a series of events: (ever happened with you?)
1. ~In October, I enroll for the Apple Developer program.
2. ~In November end, my enrollment was approved.
3. ~In December, I noticed I was not able to pay for the apple developer account post approval. The UI showed no ways to pay except cards. (Tried all my Irish bank cards, my India bank cards - none worked. Nor was any option to pay via Apple Pay - even if the payment doc says you can do that)
4. After a series of talks (calls+mails) with the Apple Developer Support teams, it was concluded I should keep my country setting to India, which I did.
5. Things started to fall in place, I was able to add funds using my Net-Banking to my Apple ID (as asked my the support reps in one of the calls)
6. One day, I had a call with the support team - the conclusion of that day was : I must enter my banking details correctly, add funds to my Apple ID and pay for the enrollment.
7. After being able to add funds to my Apple ID, I see the state on my developer account has changed again - It took me back to the "Enroll Now" option, I applied again and just like always the representative approved the request in minutes this times - just like how it was done 2-3 times previously as the support teams were helping me solve the issue.
**8. ** After exactly 24 hours later, I get on call with the same support staff - Letting her know the funds are added to my Apple ID and need her help to use those funds and get through the payment.
9 Here is what happened instead - She asked if my Apple ID was used to enroll from another device, I said no, then she says it seems like your ID is used to enroll from another Apple device. Note- that all of this was happening when she had approved my new request a few minutes back based on the troubleshooting we did 24 hours ago. But now, I am instead banned from enrolling to the platform and the funds are stuck in my Apple ID and I have nothing to do with them.
What I don't understand is:
How is that for the same Apple ID, the state of user is different even if the user has multiple devices? (2 in my case phone and MacBook Air) , ideally the Developer app must show the same state isn't it?
How is that even if the developer documentation says, that the given payment modes are available they were never visible in the first place?
On what grounds was I banned from re-applying when the support staffs are aware of the case in detail? - no proof was given to me nor more understanding was taken.
I'm trying to register for the Apple Developer Program but I can't because of this error: Your enrollment could not be completed. (December 2023). Apple support has told me several times that there's nothing they can do, 4 attendants... terrible service from Apple, how sad. A year working on an app that I won't be able to publish :(
Hello.
I have a problem thant how can I get Certificates,Identifiers&Profile
thank you
Hi all,
I am a South African developer trying to publish my app. After submitting my app I was told that the type of app I submitted required that I have an organization account instead of an individual account. Obviously in order to have an organization account you have to be a registered legal entity. So I went and registered a PTY LTD.
I've supplied my business certificate as well as anything else that Apple have asked from me, and if I could not supply what was asked I've given sufficient reasons why. Eg. I was asked to send through a Certificate of Commencement of Business, however in South Africa those are no longer needed or issued by our government - only a Business Registration Certificate. I've even used this to create a bank account for the company. This has been law since 2008, so it could hardly be news to Apple.
My latest email I've received directs me to the developer support contact page and I am told to "call them". However, I'm assuming due to the region I am in there is no number listed and no callback option. I called the general support line and they just said "open another email ticket".
I have no idea where to go now. It takes 2-4 days to get a response over email, even if I reply literally immediately when I receive an email from them. And its always a copy-paste message with no human to tell me what is actually going on.
Does anyone know how I can speak to a real human about my application? This is starting to impact my income and productivity.
I am in the following predicament:
I am enrolled as a dev in apple developer (individual)
A company I consult is enrolled as an orgnanisation. They have added me to their team.
I built (archived) the app with the right provisioning profile and correct distribution certificate (which I've obtained from them), and now I distribute it to the store. However, I'm seeing following things:
xcode complains that there's no account connected to the team (in distribute window)
says there's no provisioning profile for my team but I know there is otherwise I couldn't select it in the build phase. I know it's apple distribution profile
My questions are:
Is it even possible for me to build locally and distributing without signing in as them?
Why don't I see on my apple dev profile, in my memberships, and not membership to their team as well?
I've triple-ensured that I have right certificates and profiles locally.
Thanks a 1000!
Since Apple support doesn't help developers solve this problem, I'll leave my contribution here.
For those who are suffering from this error, try following this step-by-step guide:
Create a new Apple Id.
Click on Continue enrollment on the web:
After a few steps you will see the payment page:
After payment, I'm waiting for confirmation, and I hope everything goes well.
If I choose to enroll in the developer program using the same Apple ID that I use for my personal Apple services (e.g. iCloud, Apple Music, Apple News, iMessage, etc.) what happens to my other services if my developer account were to be terminated/suspended?
Am I still able to use my iCloud email? Access my music purchases? Send iMessages?

Hello community,
I am trying to enroll Apple Developer Program since 3 weeks. Firstly I tried to enroll program through Apple Developer App but I don't know why the button was disabled. After that I created a new Apple ID to enroll but there was no answer for couple of days. I contacted with support and they said to me that an Apple ID is already verified with my id so I thought maybe my old Apple ID approved so I looked it was verified. I am pretty sure I didn't send my id through that Apple ID.
Then I tried to complete purchase with that Apple ID but I saw that it wants money in PLN (Polish currency) from me. I bought my first apple product in Poland when I was living Poland. I went to Poland for Erasmus Exchange program. Currently I am living in Türkiye and I am from Türkiye. Anyway the price is too expensive for me around 450 PLN (I am a student). So I want to pay in Turkish lira (it is around 650 TL). So I contacted with support and they started my enrollment process from beginning.
I sent my ID Document (Passport) through Apple Developer Application again but when I sent, the "enroll now" button went to disabled with no extra information. There is no information about like "Your enrollment is under review". I emailed to support again but almost 1 week I have no answer. Can anyone help me what should I do now?
I've seen similar issues on the Forum but I've yet to find a resolution.
We are a small business trying to enroll in the Developer Program we have no issue with our DUNS number BUT we do not currently have an email that uses our domain name, simply using Gmail accounts. Is there any workaround available?
I e-mailed, to no avail. Is this how it should be, or is it because it's the holidays?
On the account page, the "complete your purchase now" button is still available, but no money is withdrawn and only the first basic answer about "wait 2 business days" comes to the mail.
I am the author of Notepad - software, a developer from Chinese Mainland. I try to put my Ndd software on the Apple Mall. I have failed to register for an Apple developer account multiple times. I recently purchased a new Apple Pro, but I still failed to register for an Apple developer account.
The explanation given to me by Chinese customer service is that there is no explanation, anyway your account cannot be successful. You can only purchase a new machine and try registering again.
Why is this happening? I think Apple's developer registration is unfair and democratic for developers in Chinese Mainland. Currently, China is still a third world country, and many ordinary people are not wealthy. As an ordinary developer, we not only have to bear the expensive Apple hardware (due to tariffs). I did not receive fair treatment from Apple regarding the registration of developers.
I hope Apple can relax the conditions for the review of Apple developers in Chinese Mainland. Because of network reasons, as well as hardware tariffs, it is already more difficult for us to register an Apple developer account. Now we have to face a more demanding and opaque developer review mechanism. Apple developers in China will face greater difficulties. This is not in line with the spirit of democracy and freedom in the United States, nor with Apple's image.
It is hoped that Apple can comprehensively lower the review conditions for individual developers in Chinese Mainland. At least one person, if they purchase a new Apple computer, can be granted the right to develop a developer account by default! Isn't it? I am an Apple user and I have purchased a new Apple computer. Why not give me the right to treat Apple developers?
I believe I am not the first person to encounter this problem, but I hope Apple can change and treat Chinese developers fairly.
by the way , my notepad-- GitHub web is https://github.com/cxasm/notepad--
Hello,
I've been trying to purchase an Apple Developer account. A process that has been very very hard and frustrating. At first I tried paying through the regular website, after waiting a few days with nothing happening, we contacted support that told us that we need to have an iPhone and install the Apple Developer app. After doing so, today we were able to purchase the subscription through the app. After that this is what I get on the Apple Developer app: "Enrollment through the apple Developer app is not aailable for this Apple ID. Visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/" ... when visiting the website, I get prompted to purchase the subscription again.
Why didn't it check my Apple ID when I made the purchase through the application?
I don't understand what I need to do anymore ... seems that I'm spending more time trying to enable my account than developing an application :)))
Please help
I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says:
"Unauthorized
Your account can’t access this page.
There may be certain requirements to view this content.
If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement."
What do I do?
I am trying to enroll my organization and I got this email, I need help with this hold please.
Thank you for your interest in the Apple Developer Program. Your enrollment is currently on hold due to your entity name fully or partially matching with one or more restricted parties on the screening list from the U.S. government or another government’s sanctions list. You can view the U.S. screening list at https://legacy.export.gov/csl-search.
Please verify your information at https://developer.apple.com/enroll/organization/details/edit/upload/ and be prepared to provide the following:
Full name and address of entity, including city and country/region
Copy of business registration or certificate of incorporation

Hello, I have a problem completing the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why. Every two days I send a request but I don’t receive a response. I don’t know why. I’ve been doing this for 9 months. Please help me. If I can’t activate the account, I can’t complete my project. Thank you.
Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them.
One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it?
I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... Please advise and share your experiences when enrolling to the developer program. Thanks!
