I have submitted an App for review and was rejected. I did the necessary changes and submitted it again for review. It is now saying ”Waiting for Review” but the Red Rejected Exclamation Symbol is still there.
Is this normal? or should I “Cancel Submission” and resubmit it again for review?
Yes, it is normal, even though a bit stressful.
As long as review has not been completed, status is effectively "rejected".
Don't worry, it will clear once accepted.
