In the iOS 18 beta, if there are two Enterprise Apps with the same D-U-N-S number, one of the apps will not run.

I am a developer working on iOS apps.
I would like to report an issue occurring in iOS 18 beta and iOS 18.1 beta.

Our company has two Enterprise accounts, and we are developing two apps:

  1. A app / TeamId: ABCDEFG
  2. B app / TeamId: HIJKLMN

When we distribute these apps, which have different TeamIds, and install them on a device running iOS 18 beta, both apps install successfully, but only one app will run.
(Other app crashed immediately after being launched.)

This issue does not occur on versions prior to iOS 18. I would like to know if this is a problem that will be resolved in future updates, or if it is a policy change.

I've been working with Quinn behind the scenes on this one. This issue affects a limited number of developers, and we are able to identify those affected. For those affected, we emailed your team members with the Account Holder or Admin role with instructions to follow. Once you’ve followed everything in that email and distribute updated builds, you will no longer experience these crashes.

@gyumin, are you responding directly to the email you received, or are you clicking the link for contacting support?

The APP packaged with the enterprise certificate also experienced a flashback phenomenon under the ios18 system. Can you contact me to inform me of the handling method?

I hava the same problem too, Can you tell me the solution?

@HeYingJian and @snowman007, if your apps are affected by this very specific issue, the Account Holder and Admin members of your organization (as defined by your Apple Developer Account) received the email. If they didn't, then your apps aren't affected, and the crashes you are seeing are due to some other factor, and you should look for a crash report to start debugging those issues.

@gyumin, I'm responding again to your comment:

I got more clarity today on what happened there, and clearly, there was an error in the email preventing you from contacting us, as you found. Please follow-up with Apple Developer Program support for your account and mention that email, and they will be able to take it from there for you.

can you tell us how did you solve this problem
