Hello Developers, I need your help. I'm trying to pay for my Apple Developer Account, but it's being declined saying 'Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed'. I need to know where the problem is so I can successfully make the payment.

I tried to pay on apple developer program and It said I will get email in 48 hours but I have received none and it still shows purchase your membership. I even tried to email the developer support and no response. Its been more than a week. I even tried to call apple support and they said developer account have no call support but only email. What should I do?

My company applied for Developer Enrolment (US-based) 4 weeks ago. The last time I did this with an international company enrolment approval took two business days. In those 4 weeks, we were hassled for endless documents and explanations (for a simple incorporated company!). We provided the last document that Apple requested about 8 days ago. They're not even asking for anything anymore. They just keep saying by email that our enrolment is under review. All requests for information, clarity, substance on the delay - completely ignored. Not denied, ignored. Is there anything that can be done about this or someone who can be spoken with? I can't believe Apple treats future developers (and corporate ones at that) so poorly.

I have placed an order for enrolling into the Apple Developer Program over 2 weeks ago now, but it still has not been processed. At first, placing the order went smoothly: no errors occurred and I have received an Order Acknowledgement email which stated that my order would be processed within 2 business days. It was not. At first, I was not concerned, since I had read online that orders outside the US (I am based in Lithuania) may take up to 2 weeks instead of the 2 days mentioned. However, two weeks have already passed since the placement of my order and I have yet to receive any updates regarding my purchase. With that, I also have not been charged the enrollment fee on the credit card specified during the placement of my order. I have contacted Apple Developer Support regarding this a week ago and still have got any reply or news regarding this. Has somebody else faced this same issue and can elaborate or have any other insights into what may be happening or what I should do? I would gladly appreciate any and all help! Hello, I am trying to enrol in the Apple Developer Program but I keep hitting a brick wall with support; saying "We are unable to continue with your enrolment at this time.", then proceeding to not help or share information on why. I have been ignored and left in the dark for a week and today have been told by several people on the phone that I can't continue with the enrolment. One of the case numbers is: 102255209172. I don't know what information they would need from me. I was told they'd reset my enrolment so I can submit it again but I'm not sure if that even got carried out. I just want to enrol to release an app, it has never been this difficult to give a company money. I have seen this issue posted a couple years ago but nothing recent. I'm posting this now in hopes of someone helping me and letting me know if they had any luck with the same issue. Thank you.

I paid for the “Apple Developer Program” subscription through the “Developer” application, a week passed and no results, in the developer account on the site it offers to purchase again "Enroll now"! There is a receipt for purchasing the subscription. Wrote to support - no response! What the hell is going on??

Dear Apple Team, It has been more than 10 Days, since I applied for the Apple Developer Program I am neither got any response from Apple, not my order has been approved. My VIsa card had the amount required to purchase a Developer Account and I have applied at least 5 times But still, I am unable to hear any of this from Apple. Why Apple Support is not responding? Please Help me.

I paid for an Apple Developer Account subscription on March 27th 2024. The money has been deducted from my card, and I have a receipt. Additionally, I received an invoice from Apple via email confirming the payment. Furthermore, on the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ page, my payment is visible. Today is April 3rd 2024, and I still haven't received my Apple Developer Account. This is unacceptable! This page https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ even states... (screenshot) ...that the start of my account usage is considered from the payment date. WHY?? It hasn't even been a year since March 27th, as I still don't have access to my account. I have already sent 5 emails to Apple support with my issue (the first email was sent on March 29th), and I haven't received a response to any of them. What should I do? The money has been taken from me, so I cannot purchase a new account. Also I haven't been given access to the account I paid for. It's been over a week already. Please help!

Hello everyone, I had apply Developer account and Made Entroll, I had already placed order and requested order successful then I received mail that let me wait within two business days an over. But not it's over 4 days i haven't receive any response from Apple and still haven't paid.Then the page of my account that i log in from Developer Application, in Entroll Now was show like this, i have like this.Is this my account had not able to use so that apple company didn't reply to me about my order and still pending.Please check my image and help me.I need apple developer account as soon as possible and want to know how long do we usually need to wait after apply order requested？Thank you everyone!

It's currently frustrating i can't release new updates for my live app called AFAnotes. I've contacted apple via the forms at (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) and even called apple care serveral times. It's been two months now since they abondoned me. My account is still stuck in this process. Someone reached out to me, started the review process and since then, i haven't heard from them. Like i've been ghosted. I'm current burning hundreds of USD doing promotion and hiring people while Apple thinks this is funny; It's isn't. Apple this isn't professional and i need this sorted urgently.

Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 7 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership? Funds already added in account holder Apple ID. but can't see any RENEW BUTTON. Kindly assist @Apple Team

I am trying to move my individual enrollment to the organisation one, so I filled all necessary data, and received the email saying it will take "one to two business days". Nothing happened after 3 business days, and no matter how many times I email support, they remain silent. The worst part is that I can't publish the app, which completely paralising my business. What should I do in this situation?

I tried to enrol in Apple Developer program with my "gmail.com" email as this was my main email on my own iCloud account. Everything seemed to go smoothly until I received email from apple stating that I need to have a phone call with them in order to continue with this enrolment. I followed the link (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) from that mail but to my surprise there was no section related to that exact topic nor any information about phone calls. I did write support request from "program enrolment" section where I inferred to the mail I received with the request number provided in that mail with also all my contacts and timezone/availablity so that they could give me a call whenever is best for them. I received email confirmation that they have received my request and I will be contacted within 1-2 days and by now it has been 10 days and no replay. Any advice? What else should I do?

Hello, My enrolment for developer program has been pending for 2 weeks. I tried sending emails to support and received no reply at all. My card has not been charged either. It works fine as I have purchased iCloud Subscription 4 days ago. I see following message when I log into developer program "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" Please help me. I am honestly stressed out.

Hello, An organization I work at is creating an App and getting ready to launch it on the App Store. When creating a Developer Account, it's asking for my personal information and requiring me to upload my ID. What happens if I leave the company? Can someone easily take over, or will the app forever be tied to my Apple ID? We have an Apple ID that we already use around the office. Can we use that account to house the App? Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. The payment has come out and did so the first day, any help would be great :) Thanks.

I made the payment 3 weeks ago, but nothing has happened so far. my Visa card has CVV/CVC the payment form does not have a CVV/CVC field.
