TSI No Response After 4 Months
We have a TSI filed early November 2023. We have contacted Apple developer support multiple times since then. There has been no meaningful response to the problem, even after we have submitted a test project twice, the first time a few days after the TSI was opened. What can be done to escalate a response? If there is no response after this length of time, even an acknowledgment that the problem can or cannot be recreated, then why bother with TSIs at all. If we treated our paying customers like this we would be out of business.

Urgent Help Needed: Delay in Apple Developer Account Verification
Hello Apple community, I hope this post finds you well. I am reaching out with a concern regarding the delay in the verification process for my Apple Developer account. I am a dedicated Apple customer who has recently signed up for a developer account to bring an innovative application to the App Store. I completed the payment on Feb 13th, 2024, with the transaction ID: W1376787687. Subsequently, I submitted my passport photo for identity verification, as requested by Apple. Following the submission, I received an acknowledgment email stating that I would hear back within 2 business days. Unfortunately, it has now been over 25 business days, and I have not received any response. Despite sending two follow-up emails and creating a contact submittal, I haven't received any assistance or updates on the status of my application. My app is fully developed, and I am eager to launch it on the App Store to benefit users from various walks of life. I reached out to Apple's helpline, and they advised me to create a post on the Apple forums for assistance. I am sincerely hoping that an administrator or someone from Apple's support team can help expedite the verification process so that I can proceed with launching my app. Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay in customer service? If so, please share your experiences. Additionally, if there are any administrators or Apple support representatives reading this, your prompt assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you to the Apple community for your understanding and any help you can provide.

Account Enrollment
Hello, I paid for my subscription in app on Thursday (order id MLV1Q8XD0T, appleid akksupper) and it’s still pending. But on the website I have a completely different order and it says "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now", and the application says that I can not continue with my Apple ID. So when should I expect confirmation? Because the money was debited immediately and I received a receipt from Apple. I'm from Ukraine, maybe those who is living out of US have to wait longer? Between, there is no response from support. Thanks.

Cannot login to my apple developer account
About 15 days back, I tried logging into my apple developer account. After entering my username and password when i clicked continue, it gave me an error saying that "This apple id has been locked for security reasons". I tried forgot password but it that only allows me to change all my other apple ids except the one i want for the developer account. I have talked to apple, gone to the apple store and searched the internet for a solution to this without success. I have spent days trying to get into my own account!!! I have apps which I need to update on my developer account and I cannot do that as I cannot access my account. This apple id is different from all my other ids. This is a developer apple ID and is not an apple id for any of my other apple devices. Can anyone help? PLEASE!! Thank you.

Enrolment Process - Multiple Purchases with no progression
Dear Apple Developer Forum Community, I am reaching out to seek assistance with an ongoing issue we have encountered during the enrollment process for the Apple Developer Program. Despite making the purchase four times (with no refunds), we are continually encountering roadblocks preventing us from completing the enrollment process. Our journey begins with the confirmation email acknowledging our order, followed by subsequent emails indicating that our enrollment request has been received and accepted. However, upon attempting to review the Program License Agreement link in the email, we are redirected back to the purchase page, thus perpetuating a frustrating cycle of incomplete enrollment. This issue has persisted for several months, greatly hindering our development efforts. We have diligently attempted to resolve the matter through email correspondence and by seeking assistance from Apple Support in South Africa. Unfortunately, our efforts have been met with limited success, as we are unable to request a call back due to our country's area code not being supported. The only guidance they could give was posting on this forum or getting a UK number, which is not possible at this stage. As a development team based in South Africa, we are committed to adhering to the necessary legal agreements and fulfilling all requirements for enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. However, the current obstacles prevent us from doing so effectively. We are reaching out to the community in the hopes of finding a resolution or gaining insights from others who may have experienced similar challenges. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated as we endeavour to overcome this hurdle and continue our development journey with Apple. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Need help with Apple Developer Program and Apple ID issues
Hi everyone, I'm currently facing several issues that are blocking my progress, and I'm hoping someone here can help me. I have an old Apple ID that I've used at different companies in the past. I want to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting an error message that says "There may be a problem with your account." I've contacted customer support multiple times, but they haven't been able to provide a solution. And My friend successfully enrolled in the Developer Program. I used my old Apple ID (mentioned in 1.) to join his team. When I go to developer.apple.com, it prompts me to join the Developer Program. However, when I go to the certificate management page, it says "Team ID: 'xxxxxx' is not associated with an active membership." I created a new Apple ID and joined my friend's team as an "App Manager" with "Admin" privileges. When I go to the certificate management page, it says "This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization's team in a developer program." I've contacted customer support again, but it will take 2-3 days for them to respond. I'm not sure which step is causing the problem. According to the documentation, the "App Manager" / "Admin" role should allow me to edit bundle IDs and certificates, but I keep getting an error message. And in Xcode, my accounts only display (team: Personal) and (Role: User) My friend's account is working fine and he can perform these actions without any problems. I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can offer.

Hello, Can you please tell me why I can’t accept the developer agreement?I have a valid application, but I can’t publish a new application, it says that there is a new agreement and needs to be updated, but when I log in, it says that I’m sorry, you can’t register at the moment, your account is already linked.

Apple charged me $99 for Developer program, but I still don’t have access to Developer Program
I’ve registed for Developer Program on Friday, Apple immidiately charged my credit card for $99, but initially I didn’t get invoice. After call Apple I’ve got the invoice, but I still don’t have an access to developer program, and see the message in my account: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” Basically, right now Apple charged me $99, but didn’t provide access to Dev program. Is there anyone that can help me?

Enroll ID e purchase 99$ problem urgeent (brazil portuguese)
Boa tarde, À 05 meses enfrento dificuldade de enroll id e finalizar purchase 99$ e ainda sem sucesso, já mandei milhares emails, já falei com vários atendentes no support porém fora do escopo de atuação deles, hoje a Rebeca muito gentil e cordial me ajudou logar meu id no meu iMac, elogios para Rebeca, então preciso urgente minha aprovação developer final e conectar apple Connect para poder enviar meus apps que estão prontos para distribuição no testflight, me ajudem pessoal por favor. Caso 102243061945. Foi requerido meus documentos via upload de arquivos, sendo todos documentos devidamente já enviados conforme requerido, e mesmo assim ainda sem sucesso, não consigo acessar Connect Store e finalizar purchase 99$ qual já tentei milhares e milhares vezes. Por favor me ajudem, meu cliente do app RHMais já está desistindo da compra do app, preciso enviar para apple, me ajudem. HEELP!!! Atenciosamente CAIO ALMEIDA

Notice of Termination
Hello, Apple just terminated my Developer account and revoked my certificate. The email mentioned : "Apple has good reason to believe, or has reasonable suspicions, that your Application contains malware or malicious, suspicious or harmful code or components." I have just 2 published applications: an iOS app on the AppStore that has not been updated for 9 years a macOS app the does screen recording to send to Syphon published 2 years ago. It uses macOS security settings to allow/disallow screen access. I recently helped 2 clients solve their notarization issues: one were using an old Electron framework that were causing notarization Reject. Upgrading the framework solved the issue. second one had a problematic source code (calling GoogleChrome via NSTask). I have shown the client that without this problematic code, the notarization was OK. I just wanted to know which "Application" is causing my account termination? Did I notarize good code but with a bundleID that was flagged as suspicious ? I have been developing as a freelance for macOS/iOS for 16 years. The lesson here is to ALWAYS use the certificate/app-specific-password of your client. The problem here is that I could NO LONGER work and this is putting my freelance activity at risk.
