Hello Apple community,
I hope this post finds you well. I am reaching out with a concern regarding the delay in the verification process for my Apple Developer account. I am a dedicated Apple customer who has recently signed up for a developer account to bring an innovative application to the App Store.
I completed the payment on Feb 13th, 2024, with the transaction ID: W1376787687. Subsequently, I submitted my passport photo for identity verification, as requested by Apple. Following the submission, I received an acknowledgment email stating that I would hear back within 2 business days. Unfortunately, it has now been over 25 business days, and I have not received any response.
Despite sending two follow-up emails and creating a contact submittal, I haven't received any assistance or updates on the status of my application. My app is fully developed, and I am eager to launch it on the App Store to benefit users from various walks of life.
I reached out to Apple's helpline, and they advised me to create a post on the Apple forums for assistance. I am sincerely hoping that an administrator or someone from Apple's support team can help expedite the verification process so that I can proceed with launching my app.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay in customer service? If so, please share your experiences. Additionally, if there are any administrators or Apple support representatives reading this, your prompt assistance would be highly appreciated.
