Hi, I am just wondering the response time for responses from App Store Connect. My app got rejected, and I cannot reproduce the error at all locally. So, I replied asking for more information. However, I still haven't recieved a response and its been more than a week. How long should I expect to wait? Thanks!

In my experience, I've never gotten a response from a reviewer no matter what I ask. The only way I know of to communicate with a reviewer is to resubmit the app with a note in App Review Information. (I think all developers feel frustrated communicating with reviewers)
