I have ordered the developer program membership on September 6th, received confirmation email "Order Acknowledgement" said that the order "will be processed within 2 business days".
Today is September 13th, 5th business day since the order. Did I receive anything? No.
Did I contact the dev support via https://developer.apple.com/contact? Of course. Case numbers are 102088641345, 102089586352, 102089586715, 102090070713, 102090456138. Did I receive any response? No.

Hi again still going round in circles here trying to get id certs for ios project. I am working on widows platform and cant get Xcode to download from Apple store.
In the olden days, if one filed a code-level support ticket and the issue turned out to be a bug in Apple software, one wouldn't necessarily get charged for the support request. Is this still the case? What is the determination for whether a ticket is expended or not – or does it come down to the support engineer's discretion?

We are using Apple Developer Site for our apps. Our membership have expired and we have missed to renew our membership unfortunately.
While login in developer.Apple.com, we are not seeing any renew membership button.
Anyone is facing this kind of issue, will help us in this matter.

I'm experiencing a serious issue with Apple and am looking for community guidance and support. For over 20 days, I have been trying to resolve an issue related to an App Store purchase, and the situation is not being resolved to my satisfaction.
The situation started when I tried to set up a developer account and Apple wouldn't accept my credit card even though the information was correct. In a call with Apple support, I was informed that I could use a gift card to complete the subscription. I purchased the gift card, but discovered that this option was not available, which left me in a complicated situation.
The most frustrating part is that, despite several attempts and contacts with Apple supervisors and managers, they refuse to refund the money I spent on the gift card (500 reais). I'm looking for a fair solution and, so far, I haven't made any progress.
I'm sharing my experience here in hopes of getting advice and support from the community. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has suggestions on how to proceed, I would be very grateful.

I'm in Nigeria currently (and Nigeria is set as my location in my Apple Developer account), and I have sent Apple repeated messages (via email where I quoted my phone number and through their official portal) to call me so that they can complete the process of changing my individual account to a corporate one. I have applied to apple developer program as an organization and provided the DUNS number and my application was pending now I got an email saying that apple needs to speak to me on the phone to verify the organization.
they asked me to go to the support page and select program enrollment and select the phone call option.
the problem is that I only see the email option and there is not phone option on that page.
I have checked multiple times during apple workhours but I don't see the phone option.
I'm in Yemen , I don't know if that's the problem

I converted my individual dev account to organization (as a single member LLC). Now I was working on filling out the W9 form and according to the current W9 guidelines I need to put my own name in the first row of the form:
Name (as shown on your income tax return)
However in the appstoreconnect UI this name is non-changeable and defaulted to my LLC name. How should I go about it?

I paid $99 for my developer account and it's pending for 10 days. I wrote the support but got no response. Has anyone experienced something similar?

My Apple Developer Program Enrollment has been under review for over 6 weeks, and it is inside of the United States.
Initially, I was informed that the Apple team would review the application and get back to us in 2 business days. However, I have not received any updates or resolutions since that initial communication. I have reached out to Apple Developer Support many times, and they told me that they cannot provide any updates and advised me to "simply wait." This delay is causing significant disruptions to our development timeline and impacting our business operations.
Any idea of what I can do? I would greatly appreciate any insights from the community on how to address this situation effectively. Thank you so much!
It has been going on for 2 weeks that the accounts of the developers of the Israel region, and maybe other regions, are not activated.
We place an order, but no money is debited within two days, although everything is fine with our credit cards and the bank has confirmed it
Support does not recognize that the error is on their side and only says wait and when it will help, but nothing has changed for two weeks, it's a shame that apple is so hammering on developers, and some can't extend the account because of the same error

If it's impossible, can I change the publisher's name when I enroll the app in the App Store?

I wanted to follow up on the "pending" status of my developer enrolment for ID: WPV4M8J6PK. It's been pending for more than a week now. I have received an email stating that my order has been acknowledged, and when I log into my account I am greeted with the following:
Is there any way I can get this resolved?
I have been battling for days to make payment for our developer acount. We have an app ready to submit and i am finding this so frustrating.
I have used every option available to get support and i just get sent straight back to the page where i have to email for help. However, nobody responds to these emails from the support link.
I have checked with my bank, and it is not a credit card issue. Apple is just not processing my payment. The card is the verified card on the Apple ID, so i cannot see what the problem is.
There is no telephone number that I can call so i am now at a brick wall
