My app was rejected and I made an appeal about this.
But on the app store connect, my app is still in rejected status.
Do I need to click on "Add for review" button and send it again (without changing anything) or not?
Do you have any idea how long it will take to get a response?

No, don't submit again. Your app will remain in rejected status during the investigation. Don't worry, it will clear as soon as the inspection is completed (or you'll get a message).
It could take several days for this investigation.
