Account Enrollment

Hello, I paid for my subscription in app on Thursday (order id MLV1Q8XD0T, appleid akksupper) and it’s still pending. But on the website I have a completely different order and it says "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now", and the application says that I can not continue with my Apple ID. So when should I expect confirmation? Because the money was debited immediately and I received a receipt from Apple. I'm from Ukraine, maybe those who is living out of US have to wait longer? Between, there is no response from support. Thanks.
