Is the process normally this slow? It has really been holding us back. It took about a month before they went through our documents and "approved" them, but now they're asking us to call as the final step. Which, should be fine...
Except the form provided for us to enter our phone number does not include the area code of my country (Saint Lucia, 1-758), and that is a required input.
Has this happened to any of you before? If so, how did you proceed? I've already tried emailing Apple, but no response yet. How am I to enter my phone number and click “Call Me” when your interface does not allow us to? The sign up experience has been a frustrating wait so far and we would be very appreciative if we could get some assistance in moving forward.
