I've been trying to reactivate an old developer account. I logged into the website and submitted the renewal, then paid. The first time, my bank flagged it as fraud, then I unlocked the payment and submitted the order. The order went through and the status reads "Electronically Delivered", but my account still shows as expired.
Submitted another order just to see if the pending charge/fraud flag from the first attempt locked things up. Nope, now I've been charged twice and my developer account still says the membership is expired.
Has anyone had similar issues? This whole process has been a struggle to say the least.
