Using App Store Connect is very inconvenient.

Using App Store Connect is very inconvenient.

  1. Why did you separate the iPad and iPhone tabs when registering market screenshots? Previously, they were all listed in one bar. With the recent update, the tabs were divided, which is very inconvenient. The text is small and is not recognized as a tab. When uploading screenshots translated into multiple languages, it is easy to make the mistake of not registering screenshots for iPad.

  2. Why do I have to register the 12.9-inch screenshot for iPad twice?

  3. App Store Connect UI design is not very intuitive and convenient. It is a design and UX that does not consider developers. It is also inconvenient to have to submit the app for review and then submit it twice in the app review tab. Even when trying to delete an app, it's hard to know where the button is. There are too many uncomfortable parts. It's hard to believe that a company with a market capitalization of $3 trillion would provide such poor web services.

  4. Why doesn’t there exist a template for setting prices for in-app products? I wonder why there is no price template feature that Google has provided for several years.

The current method of having to set prices for all products individually by country is very inconvenient. If you want to register 10 products and configure them for 7 countries, you must do this 70 times.

I hope that Apple employees will stop doing the foolish thing of refusing to review apps based on ridiculous guidelines while having Apple employees inspect every app being prepared for release. I hope that App Store Connect can be improved as soon as possible so that all developers around the world can work efficiently.

Using App Store Connect is very inconvenient.
