We cannot pay our $99 subscription. The payments never get processed. We receive acknowledgement of the order, but then nothing! So frustrating as the credit card has been linked to the Apple ID, and I have emailed support through the support link to no avail- no response at all to any of my emails. What is the solution? does anyone have any idea how i can solve this issue as i have exhausted all avenues
