Hi I'm trying to enroll into the Apple Developer Program, but everytime I try to enroll, I get the error message "Your enrollment could not be completed at this time". I'm not even shown the page where I can input my details. Immediately I click on the enroll now button, I'm directed to the "Your enrollment could not be completed at this time" page.
Please how do I resolve this.
