I paid $99 for my developer account and it's pending for 10 days. I wrote the support but got no response. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hello, I just purchased 99$. I goto iCloud -> Manage Subscriptions and I got it. But my account in web developer.apple.com display pending and need to wait 48 hours too. Please give me some information if you have. thank you
