Infinite waiting for developer program purchase without any response

I have ordered the developer program membership on September 6th, received confirmation email "Order Acknowledgement" said that the order "will be processed within 2 business days".

Today is September 13th, 5th business day since the order. Did I receive anything? No.

Did I contact the dev support via https://developer.apple.com/contact? Of course. Case numbers are 102088641345, 102089586352, 102089586715, 102090070713, 102090456138. Did I receive any response? No.

So finally I've successfully enrolled to the dev program. Thanks to Trey, Beck and Ingrid from dev support for their help❤️

Could you give some instruction step by step how you resolve that? I have the same problem but I even have email that enrolment completed and I can login to account, but after login I have option to pay again and no anything other.
