We received an email from the Apple Developer Relations Team entitled "New iOS 18 security changes may affect your account." regarding accounts that share the same team name across multiple Apple developer accounts.
The email includes instructions to contact Apple, but the email address provided in the email bounces back "550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias". I tried again a day later, with the same result.
Who should we contact instead?
We're sorry about the error in the email preventing you from contacting us as suggested. Please follow-up with Apple Developer Program support for your account and mention that email, and they will be able to take it from there for you.
