Apple canceled the order of developer account

I've paid for apple developer account. The money went through my credit card. It's been 2 days. But when I check my order status, it says canceled. Account status says pending. I don't understand which one is true. Why I can't use developer account even though I paid for it?

Any updates? Im waiting for about a week now; Apple asked to verify my identity which I did but still pending
