The subscription has not yet been processed, it has been more than 3 days and I have sent emails and they have not responded.

I am also running into this problem. Some answer would be helpful given i received an email acknowledging my order and that it will be processed within 24-48 hours.
And yet today when i logged into the apple developper portal, i was prompted to complete my enrollment ; meaning to complete my purchase.
I was reluctant to go through with one just in case i get double charged.
So what should I do?
Any support?
I think each enrolment is associated with a particular ID.. so it's like even if you successfully completed the purchase , let's say via the Developers app, the browser still remembers the previous assigned enrolment ID, and asks to complete the purchase. im almost certain that It will lead to getting double charged...
