Same here, I paid $108 for the account on Sept 23 and the account is not fully activated after 2 days. I can't do anything with the account. I have sent 2 email, still no reply. Among the services I've used, Apple is the worst. My Order Number: W1623501691 Hope someone can look into it and resolve it. I have read some similar complaints in this forum...
