After 5 working days App Store Connect -> Apps -> MyAppl always show "1.0 Prepare for Submission" What can I do now ?
Have you selected the build you uploaded, in App Store Connect? Once that's selected, and you've got your screenshots uploaded you should be able to send the app for review.

Prepare for Submission You’ve created an app record in App Store Connect but are still preparing information for it.
In App Store Connect, enter all of the required metadata for your app, then submit your app for review. Alternatively, if you want to distribute your build to your testers, see TestFlight Overview for more information.
