How do I create a new distribution certificate if I do not have a Mac

Hi there

I don't see how to create a new certificate if I use a Windows computer. Can someone help? I must have created the previous one (that expired mid July) but I can't see how to do it now.

You can create certificate using the Developer website. There are instructions for doing this in Developer Account Help.

These instructions assume that you have a Mac so that you can run Certificate Assistant to create a certificate signing request (CSR). However, you don’t have to use a Mac to create this CSR. A CSR is a (relatively :-) standard file format and there are non-Apple tools that can create such files.

As to how you do this on Windows, I’ve no idea, sorry. However, if you search the ’net for “How do I create a CSR on Windows?” you’ll find plenty of advice on that topic.
