Nimbus Steel Series not working with AVP Simulator

I have this game controller connected to my M1, and the Simulator won't announced it via .GCControllerDidConnect. This works fine on iOS and macOS.

I have the simulator set to "Send Game Controller to Device" which the Simulator does. If I disable that, then I can control the simulator view. But once enabled, the Simulator doesn't tell the app about the controller.

Note that the device is working fine on the actual hardware. So it's like the simulator isn't firing off the notification.

Hi @Alecazam !

As I understand, you are able to use a Nimbus Steel Series controller on device, but not in the Simulator, correct? Have you tried with any other controllers? Unfortunately I am also seeing this issue with a DualShock 4 controller, I can use it to move myself around in the simulator but I can't use it to interact with my app. I think another developer may be seeing the same issue here. Could you please file a bug using Feedback Assistant? Once you do, we'll get notified about it on our end and you'll receive updates as the bug is worked on.

Let me know if you have any questions! Thank you!

I only have tried this controller, but it's not specific to the controller. The simulator needs to forward the notifications to the app, so that it knows the contoller is connnected/disconected.
