When in Final Cut Pro/Logic/Compressor/Motion, the command set is set to German, there is no way to set it to English.
You should probably raise this as a bug in the usual way. It won't really get progressed if it's only posted in these Developer Forums.

Yes, I have submitted a feedback on the feedback system, and had the listed at github..

What I think is going on, is for some reason, in Silicon M1/2/3 macs the command set is corrupted, it does not affect Intel machines, only the Silicon M macs...
What I have found is pressing command + [plus] key when in command set mode in Final Cut Pro, it changes the command set from German to English, but the change is non permanent... let go of a key and it goes back to German.
