Missing iOS 14 simulator on Xcode 14.3

Hi, i am using macos ventura 13.5.2 and xcode 14.3.1 version. But when i try to add an IOs 14.3 simulator, this option did not appear.

macOS 13.4 and later do not support the iOS 14.x simulator runtimes.
