Is it known how to open in macOS Sequoia the Endpoint Security Extensions Pane. is there any anchor available for
open "x-apple.systempreferences:com.apple.ExtensionsPreferences"?

Not that I’m aware of.
I have a general answer to this question in Supported URL Schemes. It specifically calls out the comments <EndpointSecurity/ESClient.h>, which is where I’d expect stuff like this to be documented. I just checked the macOS 15.0 SDK in Xcode 16.0rc and there’s nothing like that there.
My advice is that you file an enhancement request for this. Please post your bug number, just for the record.

Did you get any response from dev team? "x-apple.systempreferences: com.apple.LoginItems-Settings.extension?ExtensionItems" opens Login Items & extensions pane but not the permissions popup.
