CloudKit container data disappeared.

Most of my CloudKit data has been missing from my container for over a week. No response from Apple support. I am very worried it may be unrecoverable.my apps can not access the data and the dashboard shows a huge amount of files and data in other files missing. These are needed to operate our chiropractic clinic and contain patient and transaction history. This might be a disaster for us.

Wonder how many are affected - Apple Developer Support said not their department (????) and that took 4 days to let me know to send in a description of the problem via an app called Feedback Assistant - wasted 4 or 5 days to find out about that channel. So now its 2 days since that filing, and a week and a half overall. still no response. Not a happy camper. Now that I don't trust them to do their job, I must do some serious programming to protect my data from their lack of integrity. Maybe duplicate every crud op into Cloud Firestore? I need to think about this a bit more - if and when the data comes back.

Same here. It has been over a week now for my app too. Sent email to Apple Developer Tech Support 7 days ago, but no response.

Do you know if this was in the production or Dev region?
