on iPad 13'', on beta, I activated voiceover and now I cant unlock my iPad. as soon as I touch it, it started telling me the time and tells me to slide up but it doesn't do it. Does not ask for pin either

When VoiceOver is active, it changes the way gestures interact with your device. Simple taps and swipe gestures are interpreted differently while VoiceOver is on. You may be able to try a longer, slower swipe which should work with VoiceOver.
If you enabled VoiceOver through iOS onboarding or through the Accessibility Shortcut, it may be possible turn it off by triple-clicking the Lock Button (or Home Button, if your device has it).

You can also hold the lock button, and tell Siri to "Turn off VoiceOver."
