Integrating Apple Watch Health Data with Vision Pro

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the integration of Apple Watch and Vision Pro. Is it possible to connect an Apple Watch to Vision Pro to access health data and display it within Vision Pro applications? If so, could you provide some guidance or point me towards relevant resources or APIs that would help in achieving this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Health data is shared with Apple Vision Pro in visionOS 2.0. Check out the WWDC session https://developer.apple.com/wwdc24/10083

Yeah, the WWDC session @Dude mentioned covers the topic, with a sample project.

The HealthKit store is synchronized to your Vision Pro via iCloud, and so your Vision Pro and the paired iPhone of your watch must be logged in with a same Apple ID. Once the HealthKit store is synchronized, you can use HealthKit to access the health data on your Vision Pro.

Thank you for the information regarding synchronizing the HealthKit store via iCloud. I appreciate the clarification.

I would like to know if there is any way to connect the Apple Watch directly to the Vision Pro via Bluetooth or another method to access Apple Watch data directly on Vision Pro without relying on the paired iPhone and iCloud synchronization.

Thank you.

I discussed this topic in this post. Please take a look if that helps.
