I would like to ask how to connect using OpenVPN in such a way that the connection appears in System Settings > VPN, similar to how it does with NordVPN.

iOS does not have built-in support for the OpenVPN protocol. It is possible to add support for custom VPN transports by creating a packet tunnel provider.
