I've been going through the documentation. I can't seem to find the docs that cover all the new AI features.
There’s Integrating your app with Siri and Apple Intelligence, over a dozen videos in the Machine Learning & AI topic in the Developer App (some live already and some coming later this week!), and you can ask questions over in the Apple Intelligence section of the Developer Forums.

That being said, I don't think anything is actually available in the first developer beta.
