We are hoping to port our app which requires printing to visionOS. Can I check if visionOS supports AirPrint/printing? If anyone has already done it, anything we should watch out for?

You can use the documentation pages to check for the availability of API. Looking through various pages I see that AirPrint is available as of visionOS 1.0.
Add visionOS as a supported destination to your target and you should be off to the races!
