Hello! You can make use of the "Camera Index Switch (RealityKit)" node in custom materials, which you can design in the Reality Composer Pro (RCP) tool. This node allows you to set different output for left and right eyes.
Note that it also has an option for "Mono", which is what you will see within RCP and in the simulator. Only on-device will you see left- and right-eye results.
